Engine 5ive, a Los Angeles native, is an artist who’s sound is deeply influenced by inner city life. Growing up having a young mother he was able to experience the unforgettable culture of the 1990’s which would introduce him to music at the early age of 8yrs old. This is when he began to raid his mom’s Cd rack on the weekends listening to every artist from Suga Free & Dj Quik to Nate Dogg and Snoop. These west coast legends laid the foundation for the polished flow and Modern G-Funk feel he now displays with wavy hooks and verses that always come with a constant bounce. Though he masterfully executes “rhythm and rhyme” he’s also a partner in TONE THRONE ENT. and an experienced Engineer on the Boards who is active in artist Development.
