Tykeriah was born in Augusta, GA. home to James Brown, Godfather of soul. She graduated from Glenn Hills High School. She always had a passion for music. She's a 90s baby who grew up listening to artists such as Aaliyah, Brandy, Monica, SWV, Whitney Houston, Mary J. Blige, TLC, Pac, Biggie, and Outkast. It wasn't long until she found her own voice singing around the house and with friends. Tykeriah knew from day one she wanted to pursue a career as an artist. She began to take it seriously after she had her daughter, Kada. She's featured on songs such as Tears in a bottle and Sweet Georgia on Lil Pete 1/4 D.S.G.B. upcoming album, "Surviving The Drought." She's also in the lab working right now on her upcoming album, "God Preserved Me," dropping November 24 on her birthday everywhere online, iTunes & CD baby.
