Simone Sello was born in Rome, Italy, on July 4th, 1968. He developed an early passion for music, beginning to play the violin and the guitar at a young age, and soon discovered a love for a variety of musical genres, including rock, jazz, and experimental. After working as a session man in Italy, Sello moved to Los Angeles in 1997 to expand his career. There, he began working with a wide range of artists, and quickly gained a reputation for his unique playing style, which blends various musical genres, and his technical proficiency. Sello has worked with some notable musicians such as @vasco rossi, @Billy Sheehan and @aaroncarter, as well as performing as a member of the Sanremo Festival Orchestra. He has also contributed to numerous projects for major entertainment companies such as Disney, on several projects with pop superstar Miley Cyrus and the soundtracks for the hit shows "Hannah Montana" and “High School Musical”. He has composed music for several TV series, among which entire seasons of the World Poker Tour. Sello is well-known for his work on the guitar, with his creative use of effects and guitar synth, and his ability to seamlessly blend various musical genres into his playing. In addition to his music work, he has also directed and produced experimental movies, showcasing his creativity and vision in the visual arts. Sello has also contributed articles and interviews for various music publications, such as Chitarre and Strumenti Musicali magazines.
