The Lunatic Librarian character, a music venture into dark romanticism, was initially conceived in 2012 with the filming of the music video for the single "The Demon She Desires". Although the character was placed on hiatus for nearly a decade as the man behind the faceprint, D.Z., focused on numerous other bands and projects, 2021 sees the glorious return of Luna-Li with "The Quaver Arcana" series of albums. D.Z. brings his trademark synthesizer-based production, moody gothic-influenced lyrics, and haunting chorus sung vocals to the Lunatic Librarian character...ground zero for "Darkly Romantic Hip-Hop".
