DXNZEL Born OBOZUWA DENZEL DAVID is a Nigerian rapper/singer& song writer based in the capital city of Abuja Nigeria home to some of the nations finest mc’s,his journey in music began at age 12 when he was continuously picked for the schools choir and then on to the small classrooms of his high school federal science and technical college in the year 2013-2018 where he participated in rap battles and found love for the craft as a battle rapper. In the year 2021 he dropped his first mixtape titled (CITADEL). Which garnered a fusion of trap and drill sounds to the tune of the song NO INTRODUCTION 2 which peaked at #7 on the Apple Music Alternative charts NG, also in said year was the arrival of his second mixtape (HAPPY) due to internal battles at this time the tape consisted of 5 songs with its extended edition dropping in 2022, peaking at #25 in the year 2023 later dropping a debut ep (I AM DXNZEL) focusing on the artists life and emotions the tape later peaked at #79 his sound incorporates a fusion of trap & Rnb with deep roots in Afro lyricism and variations from a distinct pop sound
