Joel Anthony-Scott Sieradzan is an Australian rapper/songwriter whose philosophy and artistry strongly derives from his influences; from significant musical figures such as Michael Jackson, Eminem, The Notorious B.I.G. and Drake to immense cultural icons such as: Jackie Chan and Jack Nicholson. Born in Penrith, New South Wales, he was raised by both parents alongside three older siblings. His admiration for music developed at a young age when he was introduced to Michael Jackson by his parents. "I remember hearing him for the first time at around age 5 and thinking it was the greatest thing ever, my mother had given me her original pressing of 'Bad' and I remember listening to it over and over again... and from there I was in love." In 2009, his family moved from Sydney and resided in a rural area located in the Northern Rivers region of New South Wales, and from there he became engrossed in Hip-Hop music when he had stumbled across Rap legend Eminem's 2010 'Not Afraid' video, which had aired on an Australian music program. He then became captivated by the artists' catalogue and delved deeper into other artists of the genre and the art of writing. He formed an admiration for the more notable figures of the genre from the likes of Eminem himself, The Notorious B.I.G., Big Pun, legendary Hip-Hop group N.W.A and Rap duo OutKast.
