Loki Excelsior (formerly known as Loki) is an American rapper and songwriter from Sacramento, California. His rise to prominence began in the mid-to-late 90's, appearing on various releases such as Master P's "West Coast Bad Boyz II" and Brotha Lynch Hung's "Loaded", which are both Gold Certified by the RIAA. He is best known for his affiliation with fellow Sacramento legend Brotha Lynch Hung and record label SiccMade Muzicc, releasing his debut album "Illegitimati" in 2000, followed by "21 Gun Salute" in 2004. In 2006, Loki co-founded Bloc Star Entertainment with X-Raided, where they released the collaboration album "Ignition". Throughout his career, he has featured on tracks alongside the likes of Spice 1, Tech N9ne, K-Rino, Cognito, B-Legit, and others.
