Boguslaw Balcerak Polish guitarist born in 1972. In 1989 heard Yngwie J. Malmsteen’s playing for the first time. It got him intrigued and changed his guitar playing. From then he developed his own style. Plenty of recording demos were made back then. Some of them caught the attention of Mike Varney. Although no records were made, he continued mastering his guitar technique. He recorded and toured with the Polish band Hetman. In 2008 started his own band Boguslaw Balcerak’s CRYLORD. First record „Blood of the Prophets” released in 2011 consisted of neo-classical, progressive and heavy rock compositions. The singing parts were performed by Carsten “Lizard” Schulz, Göran Edman and Mark Boals. In 2014 CRYLORD second album „Gates of Valhalla” was released throughout Power Prog Label. Boguslaw continued his musical direction. The album was recorded with Carsten “Lizard” Schulz, Göran Edman and Mark Boals, Rick Altzi and Ricky Wychowaniec In 2020 Boguslaw Balcerak started working on his new CRYLORD record “Human Heredity”(with Göran Edman, David Akesson, Jota Fortinho, Ryan Beck, Rick Altzi, Tim „Ripper” Owens). “HH” was released in February of 2022. Immediately after that he began recording his upcoming album called “Ashes II Ashes”. He teamed up again with Göran Edman, Mark Boals, Rick Altzi, David Akesson and Ricky Wychowaniec. New addition to the record was the presence of Harry "The Tyrant" Conklin (Jag Panzer). New record is set to be released on June the 30th 2023.
