Brad Russell is a Worship Leader and Singer/Songwriter from North Little Rock, Arkansas. He is a multi-platinum selling, hit songwriter with multiple top 10 songs to his credit. He leads worship each week to a congregation of thousands from all over the world at First Assembly of God in North Little Rock, Arkansas and FirstNLR.tv His music is a mixture of heartfelt worship and introspective songs about faith, hope, and the need for more of Jesus. Brad grew up learning to love gospel music. His greatest influence was his grandmother, Florence, who sang from her soul. It was in the setting of their family church that Brad learned to express his love for God with music. As he grew up he discovered Contemporary Christian music and it became the soundtrack of his life with Jesus. In 1985 he began his songwriting journey. It didn't take long to find a like-minded young writer to navigate the art of songwriting with. His early songwriting partner, Nashville Producer Dan Muckala, would be one of Brad's greatest musical influences. Together the duo wrote the #1 Hit "Here With Me" with CCM luminaries, MercyMe, and other up and coming artists. As a solo artist Brad has recorded 5 solo albums and appeared on projects from First NLR Worship and other worship collections. Over his long career he has garnered airplay in some of the strongest radio markets and performed in some of the largest churches in America, including the General Council of the Assemblies of God.
