Cosmal is a 100% LIVE music/art fusion duo based in the Hudson Valley, NY featuring the recording and layering of different instruments and vocals in real time, while a live completed painting captures the unique imprint of each performance. Members, Ryan and Alison combine their Celtic and Middle Eastern ancestral lineages with a modern Jazz and Electronic sensibility to create a fully immersive, globally infused experience. Bringing ceremony to the stage, Cosmal aims to honor and invoke the spirit of the divine, and hold space for transmuting trauma and fear, while celebrating the dance between the feminine and masculine energies of the universe.
