Norm Zada is a former hedge fund manager and Stanford University professor. From 1996 to 2017, he ran Perfect 10, Inc., which published Perfect 10 magazine. In 2005, Perfect 10 received a landmark preliminary injunction against Google regarding the unauthorized display of images of Perfect 10 models. That injunction was later overturned by the Ninth Circuit, which has made a series of harmful rulings that have damaged copyright holders and the recording industry.
