Jay Ahmad, born Ja'Lal Thomas, is an up and coming music producer who is pioneering a sound that is rooted in any genre. Heavily influenced by hip-hop heavyweights such as Hit-Boy, Metro Boomin, and DJ Dahi, he studies the art of music production constantly. Jay Ahmad's always had a love for music. But it wasn't until his sophomore year of college when he decided to start making beats. By his Junior year, He took a chance on himself by dropping out of college to attend 1500 Sound Academy in Inglewood, CA. While attending the academy, the student learned what it takes to stand out as a producer in the music industry.
