Michael A. Potts, a native of Portsmouth, Virginia is a product of a musical family. Michael began his musical career and ministry at the age of 16. Like his Grandmother, the late Anna M. Potts, Michael played for several churches in the Tidewater area and this love for music expanded throughout his 20 years of honorable military (United States Air Force) service. While overseas he used his musical gift and talents to play for the Vogelweh Air Station, Germany and the Aviano Air Base, Italy military Chapel choirs. “Your Deliverance Will Come” was birthed in 1998 during a very challenging season in Michael’s life. While the original premise of the song was one of sadness and defeat, God turned his pain into a promise to let everyone know that regardless of what you are going through, God has ordained it and will bring you out. Michael’s prayer is that when you listen to this song, be encouraged and don’t give up, don’t give out and don’t give in because “Your Deliverance Will Come.” As an US Air Force Retired military veteran, "Now We Stop (To Give You Praise)" was birth in 1996. Now, almost 20 years later, I am afforded this God opportunity to share it with you. Praying it causes you to stop and give God what He desires.
