MADWAGON TOP FUEL ROCK AND ROLL MADWAGON is an American hard rock band from Portland OR. They began their journey as a power trio with Rodney “Rod” Hardison on Guitar and backing vocals, Rich Morris “The Singing Drummer” on drums and backing vocals, and Angelo Bria on bass and lead vocals. Creative differences led to Angelo’s departure from the band with afforded Rich and Rodney an opportunity to re-imagine the band’s structure and sound. Rich picked up the lead vocal duties while still playing drums. “Adding a second guitar was the next crucial step in the evolution of our sound”, says Rodney. “We knew Lance from the live music scene and knew he had the chops we wanted to help round out our new musical vision.” Enter Lance Denny on Guitar and backing vocals. Tommy Slaughter has taken over the drum throne to allow Rich to step out to the front of the stage and focus on lead vocals. Lance and Rodney reached out to their friend, Rickey Lepinski to fill the role of bass and backing vocals. “We enjoy creating our own style of hard rock. And we’ve been doing that now since 2017. Our new lineup creates a familiar sound that will resonate with our earliest fans, but it also brings a freshness that we believe will attract new fans as well.”
