Muñeca Sistem was a musical project by Stockholm based artist Mixican and producer Masse Salazar from Redline Recordings who had already worked together in the band Tristes Tigres. They were among the first in using reggaeton and dancehall sounds in uptempo beats at 130 bpm, a couple of years before it became mainstream. One such song was “Here comes the rain”, the melancholic underground hit that featured the smooth voice of Notch from Born Jamericans, and the follow up song was called “Perdido”.
