TempoMental is a Canadian Emcee/ Vocalist/ Producer who focuses on real life issues by utilizing creative flows with a soulful approach. TempoMental is one half of the group TNR with Reginald Finley. TempoMental is also a member of the collective DreamstersUnion. Tempo has been actively releasing music since 2001. His most acclaimed project being the 2016 release of "Loaded With Pain", an album he dedicated to his father who passed away in December that same year. TempoMental was quoted in Source Magazine in April 2006 issue, advocating for underground hip-hop. Tempomental was nominated for a Jack Richardson Award in 2017 and a Forest City London Music Award 2018 & 2019. He has also been featured in many hip-hop blogs such as UndergroundHiphopBlog, RapBoys, WhatTheHype and HipHopCanada. TempoMental has performed at hundreds of events over the years in Canada, including shows in Japan and the USA aswell.
