Hey I’m poet22! I’m a 22 year old RnB artist based out of Wisconsin with roots in the South side of Chicago. I’ve been singing since I was a kid and have always dreamed of becoming a professional singer. What first started off as short poems soon turned into song lyrics. I attribute my deep love for writing poetry as the catalyst for my songwriting. In 2019 I released my first project on SoundCloud entitled ‘Perfect Timing’, which will be followed by my first full length album ‘Chrysalis’ in 2022. I find that I’m often inspired by how my everyday situations make me feel; and I plan to soon become a household name.
