01sail (pronounced: o-one sail) is a Tokyo-based producer, guitarist and crew of creative label " w.a.u ". He has been familiar with American roots music such as blues and country since his mid-teens, and has been active as a guitarist in R&B/Funk jam scene since moving to Tokyo. In recent years, he has been involved in a wide variety of activities as a producer, including producing reina with labelmate Kota Matsukawa, as well as other artists and film music production. His sound is characterized by a precise sound image based on a deep knowledge of contemporary popular music, from roots music to R&B/Hip Hop, as well as soulful melodies and heavy grooves derived from their experience as players. 
 01sail (オーワンセイル)は東京を拠点に活動する木更津出身のプロデューサー/ギタリスト。クリエイティブレーベル" w.a.u "の一員である。10代半ばからブルースやカントリーをはじめとするアメリカン・ルーツミュージックに親しみ、上京後はR&B/ファンクジャムセッションシーンでギタリストとして活動。近年はレーベルメイトであるKota Matsukawaとのreinaのプロデュースをはじめとした他アーティストのプロデュースや映画音楽制作など、プロデューサーとして多岐にわたる活動をしている。ルーツミュージックからR&B/Hip Hopをはじめとする現行ポピュラーミュージックへの深い造詣に基づいた音像の緻密さ、プレイヤーとしての経験に由来するソウルフルなメロウさと重厚なグルーヴが持ち味である。
