Dr. Cube is a British-Nigerian multi-instrumentalist, singer, songwriter and producer based in London. He lives and breathes music. Having been inspired at youth from his fathers' vinyl record collection and old cassettes tapes, his Mother realised his passion for sounds and decided to sign him up for piano lessons and drama school from the age of 4. Although the pursuit of Drama School was short-lived, Music continued to propel him through his childhood as an avid listener of the music greats he got more involved in his school and church choir. Spending a couple of years in Nigeria to study, it was there his love for music and producing came to the forefront. He would often skip lessons to spend hours perfecting his production in the music room. Now at the start of his music adventure he pulls inspiration from his culture and music idols such as Sampha, Frank Ocean, Lagbaja, Fela Kuti, James Blake, Asa and Nick Hakim.
