Edward “PoetED” Sanders, Jr is a music producer, audio engineer, pianist, and educator. He was born a military brat to parents who serviced in the United States Military. At 13, he started his music career first as a poet and quickly worked his way into becoming a musician learning to play piano by ear and learning to produce music. He spent many years working alongside number-one hitmaker Grammy-Award winning producer Nate “Danja” Hills and renowned audio engineer Marcella “Ms. Lago” Araica. A graduate of The Los Angeles Recording School as a Certified Audio Engineer, he’s also attended The Los Angeles City College studying Jazz Piano performance while being a four-time recipient of the Herb Alpert Scholarship. Over the years PoetED has worked on projects for artist such as Whitney Houston, Chris Brown, Usher, Snoop Dogg, T.I., Mary J. Blige, Dj Tiesto, Kid Ink, Kelly Rowland, Wiz Khalifa, Brandy, Tank, JoJo, M.I.A., Rick Ross, Robin Thicke, Joe Jonas, Cody Simpson, Kevin Cossom, Luke James, Caligula, Wyld, Brooke Haley, Carmen Perez, Jaewynn, Jake X, David Vines, Laya, Mickey Shiloh, and many more.
