“The Autistic Monkeys” name comes from a silly “Rock Band 4” band name that vocalist Slim squirty created, and has nothing to do with the “Arctic Monkeys” band. Eventually, the name grew on him and he decided to use the name for his solo project. The band is heavily inspired by genres like Rock, Indie, Alternative, And even Rap. In 2024, The Autistic Monkeys Debuted with the single “30 Rounds” and released their debut album, “Skylight” days after; working years on it. Soon after they released the single “Paralyzed”. After small success with “That ONE Girl” and “Hiding Away From Cigarettes”
