Born in Roland, Arkansas ,Quarterpiece grew up single mother raised showing her a strong work ethic and independence. With a mix of an art teacher mother and a musician father, she was bound to a life of art. She started recording at 14 in her father's studio and was hooked to writing and singing ever since. Even tho she was born in the country she went to school on the East side of Little Rock which influenced her to become the Country Hoodrat she sings about. Recording hooks for local rappers thru high school, she never stopped pursuing her dream, even thru her career in cosmetology "Natural hair and blond weave ain't nobody stopping me"- Project Pat. She recorded her debut EP Single Mother's Handbook after her take on R Kelly's single Fed Up took off around the world.
