SammyCakes' career has been one with many turns and twists, but the American female singer remains determined to deliver music to her fans. Debuting in 2022 under Grease Entertainment with the single 'Tickle Me Pink' featuring kAm, Sammy had a small-scale smash hit in a niche corner of the internet, the Just Dance Video Game Community. After a short hiatus, Sammy returned to the music scene with the following Christmas single 'You're My Summer' and began work on her debut studio album with producer queefgirl747. A second single from the album 'Fly' was released in August 2023 after album production finished in early 2023, with lyrics and recording finishing later in January 2024, the album 'Songs I Wrote in a Dream...' finally releasing on February 29, 2024.
