Nes1 is a Honduran-American emcee born in Daytona Beach, Florida. Raised in the city of Miami, he began writing at the young age of 14. At the age of 18, he met fellow emcee/producer Tek and began writing and recording singles at Tek's makeshift home studio. This collaboration would come to be known as PureLogik, with label mate/emcee and long time friend A.L. Laureate later joining in the duo's effort. The year 2016 marked the beginning of Nes1's first self titled solo project. The EP is set to release Fall of 2020, with his single "Music & Buds" releasing July 8, 2020. With complex lyricism rich in rhyme schemes and punchlines, Nes1 definitely stands out in the world of emcees
