Born in Las Vegas, Nevada, and raised in PG County, Maryland, L0CK0UT -- a name he adopted from locking himself away from the world to find his own identity and true purpose in this world -- first started rapping at the age of 12. His love of music sparked from listening to TLC, Tupac, and J Cole growing up around his father and his older brother. Ever since then, he has spent his time freestyling on beats whether it was in his bedroom or among crowds of people. Now at 18 years old, he plans to craft his own diverse sound starting with hip hop, bedroom pop, neo-soul, etc.
