The duo Sorta Do was formed on May 11th 2021 with the name inspired by the habit of the two saying the word "kinda". The members of this duo go by the name Torris and Limph, two university students who've been friends since their childhood. They started making music in 2020 after Limph made a beat with only his guitar and some 808 with the lyrics and flow impersonating the rapper DaBaby and NLE Choppa was released on their first mixtape "GIZMO" along with 4 other songs. They are a part of an underground Indonesian musical collective, 24migo.
