I was gonna do this in third person but that's actually dumb af cuz I'm writing this. 
 I'm Trey Royal. I'm a musician and actor. I left college after my freshman year and moved to Brooklyn, New York in the summer of 2019. While still in college I chose to devote all my time to making beats and becoming a producer. I moved to New York to go chase that I guess. I really don't know why I went out there...it was cool tho. Covid happened in March 2020 and I moved back to Chicago where I'm from. 
 I was locked in the crib so it was beats all day everyday. After a while I wasn't finding anybody who wanted to rap on them, then I made the beat for "Rerun" and said fuck it, Ima rap on this shit. Been rapping and singing on my own production since then. 
 I started pursuing acting in the beginning of 2021 and now I'm studying in London at the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art. Still dropping music, videos, and my next project before the end of the year. 
 People ask about my sound...I guess it's hip hop but I don't see the point in putting it in a genre. Genres aren't accurate anyway. Pop stars are using trap beats, trap rappers are doing rock albums, and Frank Ocean rapping better than most these rappers but he's R&B. My influences and favorite artists are Travis Scott, Kanye West, Juice WRLD, Stevie Wonder, Chief Keef, and Michael Jackson to name several.
