Cleveland-born, and true to Ohio, Tweak on the Beat has managed to cement himself as a producer to watch. With collaborative efforts from Ric Wilson, Kap G, JAHMED, J-Tek, LIFEOFTHOM, Paris Bryant, and more, Tweak’s versatility is hard to deny. What started as a hobby during his college days in 2020 soon transferred into a passion and an embodiment of Tweak’s true self.  Tourette’s syndrome has the effect of causing sudden unwanted and uncontrolled movements. To many, this disorder wreaks discomfort and anxiousness. As for Tweak on the Beat, this stirred a new persona, one in which he wants to uplift and raise awareness surrounding the 1.4 million people in the U.S. diagnosed with Tourette’s.  Inspired by modern-day pioneers, including Kenny Beats, The Alchemist, & DJ Khaled, Tweak’s craft can be found within each. Melodic, almost ethereal sounds, 90s boom-bap, and funky soul are just a few curations that Tweak has in his arsenal.  With placements in Spotify’s Nu-Funk & Alternative Hip-Hop playlists, Tweak is solidifying himself as a troubadour of the underground scene. His next project promises a west-coast feel and will feature contemporary and long-standing hip-hop giants. Stay tuned; this is just the beginning of Tweak on the Beat. - KM
