James Holt is a singer / songwriter from Manchester, UK who's music is stripped back, simplistic and heavily influenced by electronic beats and vocalic reverbs. James was brought up around Pop music growing up, often listening to the likes of Kylie Minogue, Britney Spears and Madonna - amongst the many other popular artists from the 90s. James has found many influences from the conventional 'Pop' genre, however has also developed a more unique style with chilled vibes and an easy - listening nature. Artists such as Jhene Aiko and Rosie Lowe are big influences in his personal music today, after slowly teaching himself the basics in music production and using the Logic Pro software.
