Take Charge Records was established in 2004, by Super Producer/Artist/CEO -- Ricky D. Formerly of Official 1 Records, (producers of the HBO Banging in Little Rock II Soundtrack), Ricky D branched off to start his own label with artists Lil Tezzio, Natural, Klicka Boyz, Player Tim, and Worrell. With the addition of the I-40 Boyz (Ricky D & Tom Skeemask), Take Charge Records is set to become the future of Southern Hip-Hop. Based in Little Rock, Arkansas, Take Charge Records is taking the world by storm with the upcoming release of their highly anticipated 10th album, "Worth the Weight", which includes Memphis rap legends, and Little Rock heavyweights. For over two decades, Take Charge Records is continuing to dominate the Rap and Hip Hop scene, both locally and worldwide.
