Adopted from India and then raised all over the greater Seattle area, Ra-V brings his unique, but always real vision of the world around him. Never pulling punches, he sets himself apart from other rappers by willing to be emotionally honest about the events that have shaped himself and the people around him. DJ Ra-V is a self taught Producer, Song Writer, Sound Engineer, DJ, and Recording Artist. While never having any musical training, he taught himself to make beats on a free version of FL Studio, secretly downloaded on a work computer. Soon, he was trading beats for quarter bags, and was finding more and more artists to work with. He collaborated on a studio with Tha Droman, and spent years producing, recording and mixing local artists. After being hospitalized for severe depression, Ra-V decided to start making music for himself, and released his debut album, Puzzle Pieces
