HAUMEA is Aeve Ribbons (keys and vocals), Carlos Aliaga Huentrutripay (bass) and Olán Soulé (drums & production). 
 Originally from England, Chile and Catalonia, HAUMEA met and are based in Barcelona, Spain. Their sound is genre-defying and unpredictable: taking influences from trip-hop, blues and neo-soul to latin and arabic music, HAUMEA’s music has been described as “fusion done well”. HAUMEA is characterised by the soulful vocals of the singer, whose lyrics explore reflections on empowerment, sexuality, cynicism and family relationships. The vocal and guitar melodies are carried by solid grooves and nuanced beats, creating a sound that is both dark and danceable. 
 Their first single, Seeds, was released in September 2022, recorded and produced by Olán Soulé in Sol de Sants Studios in Barcelona.
