From the art and culture dense city of Brampton, Ontario comes a very passionate indie artist with multiple means of performing her craft. Blessed with the interest in many different genres of music including Indian music, Hip-Hop, R&B and Jazz along with her experience in different fields of music including DJing, sound design, beat production and singing, comes Mrii. She uses her knowledge and experience with music to produce her own records from ground up. Mrii demonstrates her abundance of influence by creating her own niche of music that can be defined as but not limited to a combination of Alternative R&B, Experimental Hip-Hop, and Jazz music. She set out her journey as an artist early in 2018 to share her music with the world.
