Nick Metcalf Is a musician who plays Christian and Irish music. He has been playing music since he was a small child and recorded on his first professional recording at age 3. In his teens he developed a deep love for traditional Irish music, and he studied under some excellent musicians. He began playing guitar at age 13 and quickly mastered the instrument. He played piano from early childhood and began experimenting with various wind instruments in high school. After hearing some fabulous Irish musicians he fell most deeply in love with the Irish whistle, so much so that not only did he collect hundreds of them, but he began to make them in 1998, and has been making them ever since. He holds a BA in Theology from Pacific Union College, and has nearly completed his Master's from Liberty University. He has served as a full time Pastor for over 5 years, a high school teacher, and served in the Army National Guard.
