Born David Rivera in 1999, Joey has had a passion for music since a young age. As a child, he had a natural gift for the drums and soon after grew interest in producing . At the age of 13, he began making beats in his bedroom at his parents house. He soon started to experiment with writing songs and recording them himself. This passion grew into what it is today. Most of Joeys music is written, produced and recorded by himself . Growing up in Fort Myers, Florida, he was exposed to many different genres and influences . This gives him his unique style and sound, consisting of hard hitting 808s, smooth melodies , ear catching hooks and vocals unlike ever heard before.
