Born in the Netherlands, Gus “Zaffré” de Kort is a Multi-instrumentalist, Producer and DJ. He has a passion for old synthesizers and real instruments. Gus started his career in the EDM scene where he found his love for dreamy bass music. While making this genre for almost 4 years he realized that the genre didn’t really fit with him. So, he drifted off to making a fusion of Jazz, Electro Funk and HipHop. When performing, Zaffré makes all the beats completely live. He also is a member of the HipHop collective AxU, and plays in a band called Solomon State with front-man Parsa. Next to that Gus organizes his own festival called Forbidden Fruit where he gives the opportunity for small artist to perform their own songs.
