Triple threat singer, songwriter and producer Mo’Nae Canada better known as MO’NAE born and raised in Buffalo, NY has created her own niche in the music world thanks to her raw talent and good vibes. Mo’Nae is a self-taught producer with a unique sound that is like no other who grew up singing in church which gave her a jumpstart into the music world so to speak. She has been given opportunities to sing and record background vocals for many local Buffalo artist. She has also been granted the opportunity to sing behind national recording artist including Sunday’s Best winner Geoffrey Golden and Sunday’s Best winner and Grammy Award winner Le’Andria Johnson. In addition to these great accomplishments Mo’Nae also takes pride in creating and assisting with vocal arrangements for various artist during studio sessions! Some of Mo’Nae’s musical inspirations include artist such as H.E.R., Brandy, Dobbie Powell, Le’Andria Johnson, Chastity, and Devin Morrison to name a few. Mo’Nae’s hit single “UNDERSTAND” released on August 5, 2022, which she wrote, produced, arranged, and recorded herself! In June of 2022 Mo’Nae entered LANDR’s very first remix challenge and she won the challenge which included her being featured on a track entitled “Glow (remix)” with YouTube influencer and recording artist LXGEND which she also coproduced, co-wrote, and arranged! It is safe to say that MO’NAE is the next new artist to take the music industry by storm.
