Storm Carter, also going by the moniker $. (S Dot) is a versatile artist and lyricist whose music background and love for music have put him in a lane of his own. 
Born in Hinesville, GA, Carter moved to North Atlanta at the age of 13 from Winter Haven, FL. When he initially started to pursue music he did it for an outlet/therapy. 
He is not new to music though. At the young age of 8, he started playing instruments such as the trumpet, percussion, tuba, and baritone. Later he started rapping when he was around 13, being mentored by his brother all the way up till the present day.
