Romanian producer sar.casm (Robert Nicolescu) doesn’t take genres too seriously. The ways in which he blends them together seems to be as limitless as his imagination, and though a lesser producer’s attempt at this may result in a careless mess, somehow sar.casm makes the impossible possible, creating truly unique fusions. When writing and producing music, sar.casm is inspired by both nature and the underbellies of cities. These sceneries, a world apart from each each other, are perhaps the root to the strange and creative contradictions in his tracks.
