Kavin “Skoolinc” Gibbs is an Atlanta-born, Atlanta-based, Mississippi-raised alternative rapper. With musical influence comes from genius creatives like Tyler the Creator, Kanye West, and Chance the Rapper, Skoolinc finds his niche in soft-tone, realistic, minimalist music. The artist made his debut in 2015 with his first single “Groovy Cortex,” but it wasn’t until his (2017) “Blue December” release that he hit the masses with streaming numbers in the 1000s within its first six months.
