TommyV is the alias of Cape Town producer and DJ, Tom van Riet. Starting at the early age of 16, Tom has quickly gained traction in the South African dance music scene with support of heavy-weights: Illusionize, Kyle Watson, Victor Lou and Chunda Munki to name a few. He often finds his music played on radio across the country and has recently acquired a residency spot on The Kyle Cassim Show on 5FM. His recent remix for Apple Gule on Sony Music has been featured in some of the most acclaimed playlists and has had DJ support from around the globe. Growing from playing club events before he was even 18, Tom has been on line- ups for open – air festivals like GET REAL with international stars as well as arguably South Africa’s biggest student festival, Durban Rage.
