Lothus is Fernando G. Juárez, musician and producer from Buenos Aires, Argentina. Fernando started producing electronic music under the name of Lothus ,back in 1998 – but also working at the same time with other musical projects such as bands, solo works and short-films. But it was in 2004 when he released his first album entitled “Desert of Frequencies”, which was well received by the Argentinian press. . In 2006, he released “Kloppa Land” – a live-recorded album that was composed of tracks for shows during that year. Two years later (2008), he released “A Kind of Hypnotic Weapon” – a 4 tracks limited EP that was mainly a way of showing his musical intentions, the constant mutation and changes, without leaving the influence in ambient and other more rythmic subgenres in the electronic music scene.
