The self proclaimed "freshest fat boy on the planet," KRISTMAS, born Nelson McCloud, Jr. was born and raised in Shorter, Alabama where he fell in love with hip-hop after discovering music from artists like Big Daddy Kane, Ice Cube, and Too $hort. Combined with later influence from Snoop Dogg and JAY-Z Kristmas began writing his own raps with his friends who would later form their own label "Shorterboy Records" After high school, Kristmas moved to Huntsville for college and met a plethora of talented individuals and would eventually align himself with a collective known as Slow Motion Soundz.
