Anna Sharifi is an electronic music composer and live performer. Her origin is Danish-Iranian, her chosen home is Berlin. Her music is built up of synthesizers, moving bass, strong vocals and - at times luring, at times hard hitting - electronic beats. The tracks are melodic and driven, composed of Scandinavian clarity, Oriental longing, Berlin techno, and raw emotions. Growing up, Anna was trained in classical piano and jazz vocal but since moving to the German capital, her love and passion for electronic music and the underground techno club culture has evolved. More than just the music itself, the philosophy and community behind techno inspired Anna to become part of the scene herself. After having played in different constellations and working with different artist, Anna devoted the past year to composing a new live electro solo set using only hardware instruments.
