Coming from Camden, NJ Wiz is nothing like his generation of peers. Although the city is notorious for crime, him taking the route of military life expanded his thinking bringing more of a different feel to the genre. Mixing up early 90’s styles with today’s 808’s and trap drums; it’s something that catches the ear. Whether it’s the clever wordplay, dynamic punchlines or fast pace flows; he is sure to show that hip hop and rap can coincide.
