Alan Deakin aka "alanisnotcool" is an electronic music producer from Charlotte, North Carolina. Always in pursuit of a deeper connection to himself through his sound, he hopes that in that very pursuit is where people who listen to his music will find a deeper understanding of themselves as well and invoke compelling emotions that leave a lasting memory. He draws inspiration from a range of subjects such as the awe-inspiring beauty that Mother Nature has to offer, to the everyday experiences in life.
