Leonardo Roman is a cross-cultural artist, vocalist, songwriter and performer based in New York City & Medellín, Colombia. His inspiration comes from the alchemy of experiences between these two places: Colombia (his origin & roots) and New York (his artistic journey). Being born in Medellín Colombia is tantamount to being born with an extra infusion of passion for life: a cornucopia of rich and eclectic music, colors, flavors, loves, social history, and violence. New York represents the artistic struggle within one of the world’s pre-eminent, high–energy, multinational melting pots of culture, people & business. This fusion has resulted in Roman’s anthemic, soaring & emotional music that blends his Latin roots with the sounds of international rock, pop and electronic styles.
