Bror Forsgren is a force to be reckoned with in Norwegian music. He is the frontman of the band The Lionheart Brothers, guitarist of Jaga Jazzist, and studio producer for other artists such as Pom Poko, Kanaan, Susanne Sundfør and Sondre Lerche. Forsgren's 2015 solo debut, 'Narcissus', made headlines in Norway and abroad, and landed on many year-end lists. With an arsenal of musicians and TrondheimSolistene, he presented an ambitious orchestral pop work that evokes thoughts of The Beach Boys and Ennio Morricone. Forsgren toured in China and Japan, and the album was nominated for a the Norwegian Grammys Awards Spellemannprisen. After seven years of silence since 'Narcissus', Bror Forsgren’s second album 'I Dreamt I Was Dreaming (Songs From The Unconscious)' is finally here. The album is a slow descent into the unconscious and the world of dreams, where things are strange, but beautiful. It’s a psychedelic work of orchestrated pop music that resembles both Tame Impala and Carpenters. 'I Dreamt I Was Dreaming' was released on January 26, 2024 on Perfect Danger Records.
