Winter was just setting in when the duo, Naveen & Rahul met at a rave in Kolkata. Stof and Edge ( as they are known on the other end of the dancefloor ) got on a phone call and devised a plan to make some beats, their true calling. One thing led to another & after months of sporadic jamming using analog & digital contraptions, KOI saw the development of their unique sonic identity. Finding middle ground in their individual sounds, their compositions comprise fast - paced techno laced with driving basslines and rattling percussions with hints of psychedelia.
