Camilla Mena, known professionally as “ Milla Mena”, is an American singer with Dominican roots. Born in the Bronx, New York and raised in the Dominican Republic until her teen years, her family moved back to the states, Yonkers New York to pursue a better life. Although Mena is the only singer in her family she comes from a strong background of dancers and painters. She discovered her musical talent early on and cultivated her abilities doing various school musicals and talent shows. Mena’s musical sound can be described as Neo-Soul with reflections of Rhythm and Blues. Her music is defined by emotion, family, love and sex. She released her first single, “Beauty” on October 7th and will follow up with her second single on October 31st, titled “Witch”. Mena’s EP will be released in early winter.
